How prices are set
Fair prices, shown before you pay
Every lead has a price based on the trade, the type of job, whether it is for a home or a business, and how soon the customer needs help. You always see the exact price before you unlock.
- Trade base price, with a higher price for new installs and replacements in HVAC, plumbing, roofing and electrical
- Emergency requests cost more, flexible ones cost less
- Projects with a budget over $10,000 add 25%
- Business and commercial requests cost more: 2x for small and recurring jobs, 1.5x for repair and big projects, 1.25x for premium trades
- Home leads never cost more than $150, business leads never more than $200
- Pro members save 15% and Premium members save 30% on every lead
- Matched requests sent to up to 3 pros cost half price

Leads near you, not across the state
When a homeowner uses our Get Quotes form, or requests a quote from a business that has not claimed its listing yet, we match the request to pros in that trade.
- Pros in the same city come first
- Then pros within 30 miles
- Only if nobody is that close, we look out to 50 miles
- Up to 3 pros per request, each pays half the lead price

How much is a lead?
From $11 to $150, depending on the trade, the type of job and the timeframe. The price table above shows every trade, and the exact price is shown before you pay.
Do plans change the price?
Yes. Pro members get 15% off every lead and Premium members get 30% off. Starter members pay the standard price.
What makes a lead invalid?
You can ask for a credit within 7 days if the phone number and email both do not work, the request is clearly fake or spam, it duplicates a request from the same person in the last 30 days, or it is a sales pitch rather than a job. The full rules are in our Lead Program Terms.
Do I have to unlock every request?
No. You see the details and price first and only pay for the ones you choose to unlock.
How do I pay?
By card at checkout, processed securely by Stripe.
