1. Your rights

Depending on your state, you may have the right to know, access, correct and delete your personal information, to get a portable copy, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, targeted advertising and certain profiling. Housane offers these choices to everyone in the US, wherever you live.

2. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell personal information for money. Some cookies may count as "sharing" for targeted advertising under some state laws. To opt out, submit the form below and choose "Opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising," or turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser and we will honor it automatically for that browser.

3. How requests work

• We confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days. If we need more time, up to another 45 days, we will tell you why.
• For access, correction and deletion, we will verify your identity by matching information you give us with what we hold, which may include a code sent to your email or phone.
• An authorized agent may submit a request for you with signed permission. We may still verify your identity directly.
• Some information may be kept where the law allows, for example to complete a transaction, prevent fraud or meet legal duties. We will explain if so.
• If we deny your request, you can appeal by choosing "Appeal a decision on an earlier request" below. We respond to appeals within 60 days.
• We will never discriminate against you for using your privacy rights.
