Is this really everything for one price?
Yes. The $349 a month includes the website with online booking and a chat bot, the AI receptionist with 250 minutes (calls only), instant lead alerts and follow ups, in-site SEO and blog posts, both ads trainings, and 30 social posts with captions. There is a one time setup fee of $199.
What is not included?
Text messaging. If you want the system to text your customers, it is $50 a month plus a $99 one time SMS setup fee. Ad spend is also not included, because it goes straight to Google and Meta.
Do I need to be technical or know marketing?
Not at all. We handle the building. The ads part is training so you can run your own campaigns.
Will this guarantee me leads or first-page rankings?
No honest company can promise specific rankings, leads, or sales, because those depend on your market, competition, and budget. What we promise is a professional foundation built right, so you are set up to compete.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. It is month to month, and you can cancel anytime. Two things to know: the services (like your AI receptionist, chat bot, booking and hosting-connected features) stop working once you cancel, since they run on our partner's systems. And if we build your website, it can be transferred to another marketing or management agency for a fee if you move it within the first 6 months.
What do I need to give you?
Your business info, logo, photos, and content. After you sign up, a short onboarding form walks you through exactly what is needed, and your account executive follows up to fill in the gaps.

Important details and fine print
The Housane Marketing Overhaul is offered in partnership with Businessmold.com and is a limited introductory package. The $349 monthly price applies only to the services and allowances specifically described in this offer. A one time setup fee of $199 is charged when you sign up.
Website: One standard business website of up to 5 core pages, or a redesign of one existing site of comparable scope, including online booking and an AI chat bot in their standard setup. E-commerce, memberships, directories, marketplaces, custom applications, advanced databases, advanced integrations, and custom-coded functionality are not included unless stated in writing. Additional pages, premium plugins or themes, third-party software, domain registration, specialized hosting, stock media, or photography may carry additional fees. You provide content and materials unless separately purchased. Two reasonable revision rounds are included. Services run on our partner's systems and stop working once cancelled. A website built under this package can be transferred to another agency for a fee if moved within the first 6 months.
AI Receptionist and chat bot: Includes 250 AI voice minutes per billing month and covers calls only. Unused minutes do not roll over unless stated. Usage above 250 minutes is billed separately, and your account executive will confirm the options with you. AI can make mistakes, so you remain responsible for reviewing your configuration and interactions. It is not a replacement for licensed professional advice, emergency services, or legally required human communication.
Alerts and follow ups: Instant alerts, booking confirmations and follow ups are sent by email. Text messages are not included. Text messaging is available for $50 per month plus a $99 one time SMS setup fee; carrier rules and consent requirements apply.
SEO and blog posts: The package includes in-site (on-page) SEO and blog posts written from the information you provide. It does not include off-site SEO such as authority links or citations. No guarantee of rankings, positions, traffic, leads, or sales. Rankings are controlled by search engines and many factors.
Ads Training: Educational material to teach you to manage your own advertising. Ad spend is not included and is billed by the platforms. No guarantee of performance, leads, conversions, or return on ad spend.
Social Content: One batch of 30 custom posts with captions based on your brand and the information you provide, ready for you to publish. Posting and ongoing management are not included. Reasonable corrections are included.
Third-party costs (ad spend, domains, premium software or plugins, stock media, carrier fees, external CRMs, processing fees, integrations) are not included unless stated in writing.
Results: Marketing results vary by business, industry, location, competition, budget, offer, pricing, and market conditions. No specific number of leads, customers, sales, rankings, calls, appointments, or revenue is guaranteed.
