Billing questions
How does the $1 launch offer work?
New accounts can try Pro or Premium, monthly or yearly, for 14 days for $1. After 14 days the plan renews at its full price unless you cancel before the trial ends. One trial per account.
Are there contracts?
No. Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until you cancel. Cancel in your dashboard or by contacting us, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
How do I pay?
Checkout is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Do you offer refunds?
Yearly plans can be refunded within 14 days of the charge. Our Billing and Refund Policy explains exactly how refunds and lead credits work.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrades take effect right away. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal date.
Is there a fee per job or a commission?
Never. Housane does not take a cut of the work you win.
Do prices include tax?
Prices are in US dollars and do not include any sales tax that may apply in your state.
