For homeowners and businesses
Can businesses use Housane?
Yes. Offices, stores, restaurants, landlords and property managers can search for pros or request quotes. Choose "Business or commercial property" when you describe the job so pros know it is commercial work.
Is Housane free for homeowners?
Yes. Searching, reading reviews and requesting quotes are always free. You never pay Housane to find or hire a pro.
Does Housane do the work?
No. Housane is a directory and referral platform. The pros listed are independent businesses, and any agreement for work is between you and the pro.
How many pros will contact me after I request quotes?
Up to 3 pros who serve your area and do that kind of work.
Will you sell my information?
No. We never sell your personal information. Your request goes only to the pros matched to it. Our Privacy Policy explains the details.
How do I stop pros from contacting me?
Tell the pro directly, reply STOP to any text, or contact us and we will make sure your request is closed.
What if I have a problem with a pro?
Try to resolve it with the pro first. You can also leave an honest review and report the listing to us if it breaks our rules. For serious issues, contact your state licensing board or consumer protection office.
For pros
How much does it cost to list my business?
Starter is free forever. Pro is $29 a month and Premium is $79 a month, with two months free when you pay yearly. A Featured Boost is $39 for 30 days.
How does pay per lead work?
Homeowners request quotes from your profile. You see the job details and price first, then pay only for the leads you unlock. Prices start at $11, and Pro and Premium members save 15% and 30%.
Can I remove a bad review?
Pros cannot pay to remove or hide reviews. If a review breaks our Review Guidelines, for example it is fake or not about your business, report it and we will look into it.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime from your dashboard or by contacting us. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
How do I get the Verified badge?
Choose Pro or Premium, then send your business registration, license (if your trade requires one) and insurance certificate from your dashboard.
